- This is a note of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract M67854-08-P-4233 to Vermont Systems, Inc., 12 Market Place, Essex Junction, Vermont 05452. This acquisition will be accomplished using FAR Part 12 and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open competition. This notice is not a request for offers. Items specific to this requirement are for the Pioneer Magnus 15" Touch Screen Computer-USMC All-in One. This product will be used by the United States Marine Corps Youth Management System for the RecTrac Management system on the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS).org network and will be supported by the Personal & Family Readiness Division (MR).
