- Description
- Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, equipment and laboratory services necessary for the conduct and performance of survey services for Safety and Environmental Management (SEM) Program in various locations within the National Capital Region, Washington, DC. The SEM program consists of five (5) survey types: (A) combined SEM Surveys; (B) Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Surveys; (C) Pre-lease Surveys; (D) Child Development Center Surveys; and/or OSH Program Review/Audit. Safety, Environmental and Fire Protection Branch (SEFB) surveys analyze buildings, including occupancies and intended use, to determine the risk of injury, loss of life, property, or interruption of Federal tenant mission due to the effect of fire, accidents and/or environmental incidents. The OSH surveys assure safe and healthful working conditions for GSA employees in their occupied space and at their work sites. The Child Development Center surveys identify potential hazardous conditions and procedures that may affect the safe operation of the center. Services shall be provided under an indefinite quantity, firm-fixed price contract for an initial period of one year with the Government?s option to extend services for four consecutive additional periods of one year each.
