- -- CLARIFICATION TO AUDIO SUBMISSION FORMAT TO ALLOW MP3 FORMAT, AS WELL -- DELETE - Audio samples may be sent via email or CD utilizing the .wav format. Offerors may also submit sheet music so the band can follow along with the audio sample; however, sheet music is not required with the sample. If sheet music is submitted, request the sheet music be either pre-printed and mailed, or emailed in the "Finale" (software) format.
