Description

This notice is published for informational purposes only. The VISN 8 Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System intends to award a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, to Marlene K. Strader PhD RN; Stephen M. Dorman, M.D.; MaryAnn Dremstedt MS RN; Elisa Rosenblatt, MD for Mock JCAHO Survey Services. The services to be acquired involve performance of Mock JCAHO Readiness Survey and to assist in meeting for an upcoming inspection by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This acquisition will be awarded non-competitively due to the urgency of the requirement. This is an informational notice only, not a solicitation for proposals.
