All items shall be consolidated in a MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1 Barrier Bag. FOB is Destination. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being procured under this contract, within the US. Estimated issue date is 31 March 2008.
