The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Sunrise Telecom Incorporated, 302 Enzo Drive, San Jose, CA 95138-1860 for the following: 2 Sets, OCx: DS1 to OC48 Test Set Part Number SSOCx-E, for testing DS1, DS3, OC3 and OC12 data circuits. With the following accessories: AC Adapter, 2 prong power cord, Optical patch cord, SC to ST, 6 foot long, Optical Attenuator SC-PC, -10db, Printer Cable, Din-8 to DB25, Null modem adapter DB9 to DB9 with full handshake, carrying case, Sunrise T1/T3 Cable kit. 2 Each, Printer for Sunrise Test Set, Part Number SS118B The NAICS Code for this procurement 334290. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Sunrise Telecom Incorporated.
