Description: This Invitation for Bid, Sealed Bid is for commercial construction services for for Building 271 Effort to renovate five (5) bathrooms and replace carpeting in hallways and stairs in accordance with Government Drawings and Specifications. Drawing s & Specifications (Technical Data Package - TDP) shall be uploaded to FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) fifteen-days after the posting of the synopsis to FedBizOpps. Please go to the synopsis-solicitation on FedBizOpps and follow the link to FedT eDS. Click on the Job Order Request (JOR) for that particular solicitation. Click on each Technical Data Item and download. Drawings may be downloaded and copied to CD for reproduction. You may have them downloaded and reproduced by a reprographics fir m. http://www.fbo.gov/ https://www.fedteds.gov/ The Drawings and Specifications will be available to download on 1 April 2008. The Solicitation is issued as a 100% HUB ZONE Set-Aside.Please be advised that REPS and CERTS and BID OFFER Guarant ee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 1 May 2008, at 2:00 PM EST. The magnitude for this effort is $100,000-$250,000 IAW FAR 36.204. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds . The period of performance for this effort is 90 days. Liqu idated Damages will be assessed at $67.00 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns.The con tractor will be required to provide a construction performance schedule (MS Project Format) and a Schedule of Values for Progress Payments prior to start of wo rk.
