Description: Replacement and upgrade of the existing 250 HP, SM0186 Automated Pump/Motor Test System with a 300 HP Automated Pump/Motor Test System. The entire system will be reviewed and defects repaired. The system will be refurbished so it will run smoothly and reliably. Recommendations will be made for any changes required to the calibration and operational specs, in accordance with the attached purchase specs, dated 14 March 2008.
