- Solicitation Number W15QKN-08-T-0246 is amended as follows: 1. Response Date is changed from 3/28/08 to 3/21/08 to reflect the response date within the original synopsis/solicitation notice. 2. Clarifying verbiage is added in regards to the requirements of the drop tester - The drop tester impact surface plate must meet the requirements of MIL-STD-1904, paragraph 8.2.
