Description

This item is part of the PP 8530/TSC. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, (Market Research). Presently, the only known source of supply is L-3 Communication Systems West, Salt Lake City, UT, under part number 7192699-035. If any other source can provide the exact part listed above, they must show either: Information/data/documentation which shows that they have, in fact, previously supplied this item to the Government. The contractor shall be required to warrant that s uch item will satisfactorily perform, when used for the purpose intended by the Army, for a period of one (1) year. The deadline for response to this notice is 01 Apr 2008. NOTE: This is NOT a solicitation but request for information only and all information received will be used for planning purposes only. The CECOM LCMC Acquisition Center does not intend to award a contract on the basis of possible responses or otherwise pay for the preparation of any information presented.
