Description: The National Assessment Governing Board is preparing to set achievement levels on the 2009 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) in Science at Grades 4, 8, and 12. The Governing Board plans to issue a Request for Proposals in April-May 2008, under full and open competition. Proposals will be due in July-August 2008. The period of performance is anticipated to be twelve (12) months with one twelve month option period.
