Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to ASM Research 3025 Hamaker Court, Suite 100, Fairfax, VA 22031-2229. ASM Research will provide the Army with support to the Person nel Authorization Module (PAM) and the Mobilization and Manpower (MOBMAN) Planning Systems. ASM Research will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials for the full range of technical support. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price lab or hours contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competit ive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
