- Synopsis BP Company HQ Facilities Paktika Province Afghanistan Construct 5 BP Company HQ facilities in Paktika Province Afghanistan. The work shall include complete facilities and site design to be site adapted at various sites across Afghanistan. Complete designs will be provided. All facilities shall be constructed in accordance with current U.S. and International Building Codes and standards. Oversight of the Engineer/QAR will be coordinated with the closest AED Resident off ice. The award for this procurement will be made in accordance with the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. The contractor shall furnish his own labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the requirements. The estimated value of the contract is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The proposed contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technical Acceptable. Solicitation Number W917PM-08-R-0049 will be available on or about 5 April 2008. Interest ed parties are advised to submit their proposal 30 days after issuance of the RFP. Bids will not be accepted electronically. Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contract (CCR) registration applies to this procurement.
