Description
North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO) intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with Sterling Medical for Nuclear Medical Technicians for Personal Services, located at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Department of Radiology, Wa shington, D.C., on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source to provide Nuclear Medical Technicians for the period of 1 April 2008 to 30 September 2008. At this time the government anticpates the need for these services in FY09. The government intends to competively compete this requirement in the 4th quarter of FY08. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition pro cedures. NAICS code is 621999, size standard of $9.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statem ent they can provide 3.3 credentailed FTEby 1 April 2008. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 21 March 2008.
