Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Camber Corporation on or about 31 May 2008 for program management, acquisition management, engineering and technical services in support of the H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters program office (PMA-261). This action is a follow-on to contract N00421-04-D-0022-0003. The period of performance will be 1 June 2008 through 30 November 2008. It is estimated that the six-month contract will entail approximately 86,208 man-hours of service effort. Key labor categories include program analysts, acquisition specialists, systems analysts, and engineers. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
