- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award as a sole source requirement to Arrowhead Forensic Products to provide one P/N 1113610 TracER 532nm (green) laser system and P/N 1118846 Battery Pack Assembly. This proposed contract action is for a supply/service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only only source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any contractor who believes that they can provide the required supply/service should e-mail their company's capability information to the attention of Billy Cooper no later than 11:00AM EST, March 26, 2008 at billy.cooper@dhs.gov. Only e-mail responses will be accepted.
