- Data cquisition System requirements/specifications: Must include multiple digital signal processor, Windows XP Professional-based data acquisition upgrade for a Bruker AC-200 NMR spectrometer equipped with an Aspect 3000 computer. This system should be designed to replace the Aspect 3000 computer including the associated computer peripherals, digitizer, pulse programmer, offset oscillators and Fourier filters. All the existing functions including the use of the system controlled microprocessor will b e retained. Software upgrades will be required. This data acquisition system should include a digital signal processor-based pulse programmer, signal averager with 192 Mbytes of memory (384 x 256 x 256), dual 12-bit 1 MHz digitizer, high-speed (480 Mbits/ s) USB 2.0 interface to the pulse programmer and signal averager, NTNMR spectrometer control software running under Windows XP Professional, pulse sequence library of routine 1D and 2D experiments, NMRscripts for automating any task; and Fourier filters, d irect digital synthesis offset oscillators, Bruker interface modules.
