- WPAFB - Construction To procure services for Wright-Patterson Air Force, NAICS Code 226220, Size 31.0M. The proposed acquisition is from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of the Storage Facility project consists of furnishing all materials and perform all labor required to construct a storage facility for the Wright-Flyer replica, to be housed adjacent to the Huffman Prairie Flying Field in Area C of WPAFB. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The solicitation documents are not intended for the basis of competition or negotiation with any company other than the selected sole source. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.202 Section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is Better Built Construction services, Inc., 1240 Central Ave, Phone No. 513-727-8637 and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this synopsis.
