- The purpose of amendment 4 is to correct amendment 3. The deadline is March 26, 2008 by 5 PM EST. The National Rifle Association (NRA) *does not* certify 20 pound paper. Please request a sample target for complete detail. The new information correcting the Solicitation for Item Numbers 0004 through 0011: the weight of the paper is 20 pound target paper or equivalent. The paper must show distinct bullet holes without rips and tears allowing the target to be easily scored. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-MAR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
