- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Federal Technology Solutions, Inc, 12700 Black Forest Lane Ste 202, Woodbridge, Va 22192-5306 for maintenance renewal services. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at sandra.shoff@us.army.mil. No later than 27 March 2008. Nothing herein should be misconstr ued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
