- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This action is a proposed modification (P00003) to an existing contract, N62306-07-P-7S29, to incorporate a revised Statement of Work to expand COLLECTOR ? EIPB software functionality using CJMTK based Graphical User Interface (GUI) that will ingest, reformat, and display additional data sets (paragraph 3.2 of revised SOW) not previously contained in the legacy COLLECTOR GIS system. The resulting modification is anticipated to be a firm fixed price level of effort. The NAICS assigned to this action is 541690. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
