- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be satisfied using commercial acquisition procedures specified in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.1 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-08-Q-S00038 is being assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only.
