- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Craig, Colorado. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must be located on the first floor. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions other than the owner or manger of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: the city limits of Craig, Colorado. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by April 7th, 2008 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4.
