- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with VSoft, Inc., 6455 East Johns Crossing, Suite 450, Duluth, GA. 30097 for the purchase of the following: VSoft eDesk FTE ? Check 21 software licenses, OPEX Scan Station Integration, RP Enhancements, Installation and Training, and Vsoft eDesk FTE ? Check 21, annual maintenance. Interested parties that feel they can provide these products and maintenance support may respond by submitting their capability statement by email to Kim.Stepney@ssa.gov by 12:00 noon on March 31, 2008. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement with vendors other than VSoft, Inc is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the cutoff date (March 31, 2008), SSA will proceed with negotiations with VSoft, Inc. Again, all questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address listed above. Telephone calls regarding this matter will not be accepted, nor will they be returned.
