- Spring, Helical, Compression. NSN 5360-01-457-8029. NSN is fully competitive, (AMC/AMSC 1/G) FOB destination and source inspection required. Solicitation will be for an unrestricted acquisition. This initiative will be a fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The expected quantity is 14,500 ea with a 100% quantity option also included. Delivery within 90 days or better. Technical factors are more important than cost or price. Radio Frequency Identification is required
