Description: The USDA Forest Service, Ottawa National Forest, intends to issue a solicitation for the resurfacing of FR5320 in Michigan's western upper peninsula. The project is located southwest of Watersmeet, MI. The project is estimated between $125,000 and $175,000 and must be completed by September 12, 2008. An official pre-proposal visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CST on April 22, 2008. This will be a hubzone set-aside best value award. All pertinent documents will be posted electronically at the FBO web site.
