- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 511210, Size Standard $23M. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KDAC8052A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-24 effective 28 Feb 08. The Government intends to award six (6) contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001- 0006) for Autodesk Maya 2008 Unlimited Software Licenses and Support. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: NLT 7 days from ARO FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Addenda to FAR 52.212-1; FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a) (2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
