- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB TN intends to award a sole source contract to Bently Nevada, LLC-BNTPA, 5960 Central Avenue Suite D, Saint Petersburg FL 33707. This package is for six assembled racks of Bently Nevada 3500 Machine Conditioning and Monitoring Equipment that includes the power supply, monitors, IO modules, external terminal blocks and the factory pre-fabricated cables that connect the IO module to the external terminal blocks. Item 0001: TMDE- Rack, Assembly; 19" Rack Mountable not to exceed Dimensions: 10.5" H x 19" W x 14" D, Power: 120VAC rms, 60 HZ (Nominal) 200W max, Compatibility: Must be compatible with existing field sensors including Type T grounded tip thermocouples, Dymac Model 93 Piezoelectric Accelerometers, Dymac Model M60 & M61 Eddy Probes and Model M600 & M606 Eddy Probe Drivers. Must allow integration and complete operator interface with existing Plant Computer GE Cimplicity HMI Ethernet TCPIP or Modbus TCPIP Communication interface. Each Measurement Channel shall allow user setup of input type, range, alert and danger set-points and to enable the channel to be bypassed or provide for a remote alarm or trip function through an available relay module. Self diagnostics and automatic channel bypass features are to be included. Each Monitor is to include IO module, external DIN rail terminal blocks and 7 foot pre-fabricated cable to connect between the IO module and the terminal block for field wiring. Coaxial Connectors are to be provided for buffered output of all Seed, Radial Vibration, Axial Position and Acceleration Channels. Measurement Capability (EUD/ Monitor Accuracy Requirement): Temperature (DEG F/ +/- 1 Deg C) - 12 Channels , Speed (RPM/ 0-500HZ +/-8 RPM max)- 2 Channels, Vibration (MIL PK-PK/+/-0.33%FS)- 12 Channels, Axial Position (MIL/+/-0.33%FS)- 2 Channels, Acceleration (G/+/-0.33%FS)- 1 Channel; Expansion Capability: The rack shall allow for channel expansion up to 18 Temperatures, 4 Speeds, 20 Vibrations, 4 Axial Positions, 4 Accelerations, and 4 Relay Outputs. Quantity: 2 each. Shall provide all user and maintenance manuals: 3500/05-01-01-00-00-00, 3500/15-01-00-00, 3500/20-01-02-00, 3500/25-01-02-00, 3500/40-02-00 Quantity: 4 each. 3500/42-10-00, 3500/60-04-00 Quantity: 2 each; 3555/92-03-01-00, 129530-0007-02, 129525-0007-02 Quantity: 5 each; 134544-0010-02 Quantity 2 each. Item 0003: Software, Bently Nevada 3500 Configuration, Software will provide communication interface that will allow serial interface connection to rack or Ethernet TCPIP connection through a 3500/92 Communications Gateway Module, Software to provide complete configuration control over rack features enabeling the user to configure and name each channel, download and upload configuration files and perform CM functions. Software utilities allow the user to: Verify and read all measurements, setpoints, and channel and module status. Perform Diagnostic Utilities on Modules and read and monitor the alarm and event logs. Configure Modbus Registers for intergration to external computer system. Features are to also allow user to print out configuration files and provide user with part reorder information. Quantity: 2 each.
