- This is a presolicitation notice for maintenance and repair of Ladd Army airfield. The purpose of this notice is to identify HUBZone sourses with the capabilities to perform described work within NAICS code 237310. The work to be performed under this requirements contract consists of maintenance, repairs, improvements, and modifications to existing taxiways, aircraft parking ramps, aprons, and runways. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to pe rform all work given on each task order. The above description of work is for general information only. This statement is not intended to describe every feature of the items of work or to define the scope of work. The solicitation will be an invitation for bids. The proposed requirements contract will be set aside for HUBZone competition, pursuant to the Small Business Competition Demonstration Program. Award will be made to the low responsive, responsible bidder. The performance period is projected for 90- 120 days. Projected magnitude of the contract is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project is set-aside 100% for Certified HUBZone Business Concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 with a small bus iness size standard of $28,500,000. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an invitation for bid nor a request for proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested certified HUBZone business concerns that have experience with this type of work should submit responses to Mary A. Bonnell, mary.a.bonnell@us.army.mil or FAX 907-353-7302 on or before 7 April 2008. Responses should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact with e-mail address , Cage Code, DUNS Number, Phone and FAX numbers, status of CCR registration and ORCA registration.
