Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for 1 EACH RF VECTOR SIGNAL GENERATOR - SPECIFICATIONS:, Frequency Range: 250 kHz to 6 GHz, Resolution: 0.01 Hz, Output level: -140 to +13 dBm, Accuracy: 0.01 dB, Maximum Reverse input power: 1 W peak (> 300 MHz), 0.25 Wpeak (<300 MHz), DC: 0 V, Spurious: At CW, < 0 dBm, Harmonics: <-30 dBc (> 300 MHz), Non harmonic: <-60 dBc (25 MHz to 3 GHz), <-54 dBc (3 to 6 GHz). RF VECTOR MODULATION - Error: < 2% rms (output level < +3 dBm, frequency: 800 to 1000 MHz, 1800 to 2400 MHz, W-CDMA Downlink 1 code modulation), Carrier leakage: <-40 dBc, Image rejection: <-40 dBc. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 334515, 500 Employees respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by CLOSE OF BUSINESS, 4/11/2008 to NASA Glenn Research Center, ATTN: Bernadette Kan, MS 500-305, 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135-3127 and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Selection and award will be made to that offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factors of proposed technical merit, price, and past performance. Other critical requirements: Compatability with both MATLAB and IQ Producer shall also be considered. It is critical that offerors provide adequate detail to allow evaluation of their offer.
