- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for 1 EACH RF VECTOR SIGNAL GENERATOR - SPECIFICATIONS:, Frequency Range: 250 kHz to 6 GHz, Resolution: 0.01 Hz, Output level: -140 to +13 dBm, Accuracy: 0.01 dB, Maximum Reverse input power: 1 W peak (> 300 MHz), 0.25 Wpeak (<300 MHz), DC: 0 V, Spurious: At CW, < 0 dBm, Harmonics: <-30 dBc (> 300 MHz), Non harmonic: <-60 dBc (25 MHz to 3 GHz), <-54 dBc (3 to 6 GHz). RF VECTOR MODULATION - Error: < 2% rms (output level < +3 dBm, frequency: 800 to 1000 MHz, 1800 to 2400 MHz, W-CDMA Downlink 1 code modulation), Carrier leakage: <-40 dBc, Image rejection: <-40 dBc. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 334515, 500 Employees respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.
