Description: The National Assessment Governing Board is preparing to develop a framework in World History on the 2012 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) at Grade 12. The Governing Board plans to issue a Request for Proposals in April-May 2008, under full and open competition. Proposals will be due in July-August 2008. The period of performance is anticipated to be twelve (12) months.
