Description

Resulting solicitation will solicit Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a contract to Repair and Renovate Hanger #3, Bldg 7154, Ft Campbell, KY. Specifically, the contractor shall be required to upgrade existing electrical, replace floor tiles in administ rative room, reseal and paint hanger floors, upgrade lighting, replace IT infrastructure, replace overhead crane and hoist, replace HVAC system, construct additional admin space, paint exterior of building, replace windows, repair insulation, repair hanger doors, construct a mezzanine, and perform other associated work as outlined in the specifications. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the project is estimated to between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is 100% Set -Aside for HUBZone Business Concerns. NACIS is 236220/$31 Million.
