This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Soliciation W51XTP80565001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisit ion Circular 2005-05. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 325414. The requirements are Reagent rental for reagents and consumables for Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, CO. Period of performance is from 01 April 2008 to 30 Sept ember 2008. Vendors shall comply with FAR clause (and other clauses throughout this solicitation) can be viewed by accessing website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Delivery, 30 days after receipt of order, shipping shall be FOB destination to Evans Army Com munity Hospital, 7500 Cochrane Cir, Department of Pathology, Fort Carson, CO 80913-7307. Far provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors - Commerical] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offeror's are cautioned that if sel ected for award, they must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program.
