- This is a sources sought notice. The US Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) is conducting a market research survey to identify potential offerors for the development of thirteen (13) Joint Theatre Trauma Registry (JTTR) modules for the captu re of data to analyze wounds received in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and the subsequent maintence of these modules. This requirement must be able to work seemlessly with the Joint Theatre Trauma Registry version 3.0 ( JTTRv3) which is currently in use in Irag, Afghanistan, and at the USAISR. The thirteen modules are as follows (1) Create a singular store and forward stand alone application to capture injury data in theatre and following treatment data in military treatm ent facilities worldwide. The application will be able to support both manual data entry and data import/export capabilities to existing databases at the USAISR (2) Create a software module to capture orthopaedic injuries that will be interfaced with JTTRv 3 data and combined with data import/expert capabilities to existing databases at the USAISR (3) Add data elements, formulations or minor enhancements to the JTTR Store and Forward and the DOD Trauma Registry Store and Forward applications (4) Create a mod ule to capture Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance data that will be interfaced with JTTRv3 data and combined with data import /perport capaiblities to exisiting databases at USAISR (5) Create a module to capture outcomes data that will be interf aced with JTTR v3 data and combined with data import/export capabilities to existing databases at USAISR (6) Create a software module to capture images of injuries that will be interfaced with JTTRv3 data and combined with data import/export capabilities t o existing databases at the USAISR (7) Create a software module to capture mortality data that will interface with the JTTR v3 data and combine with data import/export capabilities to existing databases at the USAISR (8) Create a software module to capture ophthalmology injuries that will be interfaced with JTTRv3 and combined with data import/export capabilities to existing databases at the USAISR (9) Create a software module to capture vascular injuiries that will be interfaced with JTTR v3 data and combi ned with data import/export capabilities to existing databases at the USAISR (10) create a software module to capture burn injuries that will be interfaced with JTTRv3 data and combined with data import/export capabilties to existing databases at the USAIS R (11) create a software module to capture neurological injuries that will be interfaced with JTTR v3 data and combined with data import/export capabilties to existing databases at the USAISR (12) create a software module to capture rehabilitiation data th at will be interfaced with JTTR v3 data and combined with data import/export capabilties to existing databases at the USAISR (13) create a web based software module to capture injuries that will be interfaced with JTTRv3 central site data and combined with data import/export capabilties to existing databases at the USAISR. This sources sought notice is issued solely for the purposes of conductin g market research and does not consitute a solicitation or issuance thereof.
