- The Western Montana Acquisition Zone anticipates awarding performance based, fixed price contract with a base year and four one year options for the Maintenance of Heating, Cooling and Mechanical systems for Buildings 24 and 46 Fort Missoula. Missoula Montana. Contractor will provide all supervision, labor materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide for the maintenance of heat, ventilation, air conditioning and temperature control equipment. Services include weekly, quarterly and annual inspection and maintenance requirements. The NAICS Code is changed to: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors.
