AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) SB3100-7317-3087: A. Answer to questions: Question 1: Clarification on Line Items 0001 and 0002 descriptions ?44 oz/inch cross direction? vs ?44 lb/inch cross direction.? Answer to Question 1: Per the manufacturer, both Line Items 0001 and 0002 to read tensile strength of 22 lb/inch in machine direction; 44 lb/inch cross direction. Question 2: Line Item 0002 shows a tape width of 728mm. Is this correct? Answer to Question 2: The correct dimensions on Line Item 0002 should read 72mm X 914m. Question 3: Line Item 0001, calls for a colored tape. What is the actual color of the tape? Answer to Question 3: While the tapes are available in various colors, the color of each tape requested is to be a clear. Question 4: Are the quantities for Line Item 0001 and 0002 to be delivered in one delivery or multiple deliveries? Answer to Question 4: The Government prefers that each Line Item be shipped completely and that each package is marked according to the contents. B. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) due date is not extended. The due date and time remains at February 28, 2008 @ 2:00PM local time. C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-FEB-2008).
