- MARKET SURVEY - PLANNED ACQUISITION FOR A PRESSURE PORT SIR posted 27 Mar 2008, closing date 28 April as specified in Section L of the SIR. DTFAAC-08-R-00013; REQUEST FOR OFFER - SIR - FOR PRESSURE PORT FOR THE DATA COLLECTION PLATFORM Attached is a request for offer for up to 300 R. M. Young Pressure Ports #61002 for the data collection platform. This item is brand name only - no substitutes will be accepted. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the request for offer. Therefore, any cost associated with the request for offer submission is solely at the interested vendors' expense. This requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 334579, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The resulting contract will be an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices with a base period and two option periods. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a completed copy of the request for offer as set forth in Section L. The offers will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST 25 Apr 2008 at set forth in Section L.
