Description Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation No.: VA-260-08-RP-0178 Classification Code: X - Lease or Rental of Facilities Set-Aside: N/A NAICS Code: 531120 The Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Boise Idaho seeks to lease approximately 2300 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous office space in the Salmon Idaho area. A lease term of 10 years, five (5) years firm with 120 day termination agreement will be considered. Space must be located within the legal city limits of Salmon Idaho. The location must also have secured parking for up to 15 vehicles. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, GSA, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, and OSHA. Expressions of interest must be in writing via email and should include building name and address.
