- The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to EVAL Company of America, Pasadena, TX, to fabricate high gas barrier polymer nanocomposite coatings, films and p ouches of Kurarister C and Kurarister N. EVAL Company of America is the only know source available to provide these services as they will be designing multi-ply adhesive laminated barrier non-retort and retort structures utilizing Kurarister barrier coate d films. No other known companies can meet the governments needs. Offerors who can demonstrate they can meet the Governments requirements will be considered for award. No quotation document is available.
