- This proposed procurement is unrestricted. Date of issue for the Solicitation and specifications will be or about April 11, 2008 on www.fbo.gov. Bids will due on or about May 12, 2008 at 2:00PM CST. The work consists of placement and constru ction of habitat and slope Stabilization structures within the White River, downstream of the Bull Shoals Lake Dam. This restoration projects of River Miles 418.6 417.5 starting at the dam and extending to white River, the exact Technique, location and/or length of each length of structure will be determined in the field by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commissions. This work will be in cooperation with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commissions, in order to benefit the Rainbow and Brown Fish Habitat.
