This is a Qualified Products List item (QPL -19166-30) applies; the source for this item must be certified and QPL approved at the time of contract award. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed Buy. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001.
