Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Canadian Helicopter Limited on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to purchase Mountain Flying Helicopter Course similar to Canadian Helicopter Limited School of Advanced Flight Training. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the government.
