Description

The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and incidentals necessary to alter the military equipment parking (MEP) at the Midland U.S. Army Reserve Center, 2414 Windecker, Midland, Texas in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is ninety (90) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238990, 1771 and $13M. I n accordance with FAR 19.1007, this procurement is unrestricted. Only one award shall be made. Bidders are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation and any amendments once they are issued. The solicitation number is W91LV2-08-B-0003. It is the bidders responsibility to monitor the web page for any amendments to this solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database as required by DFARS 204.7300 prior to award. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
