- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13 This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. FAR clause descriptions are available via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The set-aside for this solicitation is 100% small business. NAICS code: 334511. Size Standard: 750 employees. This solicitation is to provide equipment upgrade (enhancement) services, installation of the following Government owned equipment (GOE) and purchase of additional products for the 119 WG (ND Air National Guard). All PSRS units must integrate with 119 WGs current Advantor Corporation ASN 5.0 security system capabilities and be monitored from the same Central Security Control (CSC) station. The WSTI thermal imagery camera system owned by the 119 WG must a lso be monitored in CSC. The 119 WG shall provide all the required trenching, conduit, fiber, and power as well as the concrete flat work necessary to mount the Ground Based Radar Systems on.
