Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Contracting Office has a requirement to repair and maintain the Government owned Monorail Test Cell Trolleys/Adapters. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 3204?(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and not other supplies or servies will satisfy the Agency requirements. RFQ number W912NW-08-T-0065 will be issued on or about 11 APRIL 2008, with a closing date of 25 APRIL 2008. Interest ed person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information recei ved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to angie.prado@us.army.mil. Request must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, CAGE Code, TAX ID number, business size, county, and DUNS number. Note 22 apply.
