- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Water Education Foundation (WEF), Sacramento, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation is providing funds for WEF to educate the public regarding its programs and activities with regards to the Lower Colorado River. This purchase order partially funds WEF to prepare a variety of multi-media outreach projects which inform decision makers, non-governmental organizations, and the general public on significant water issues along the Colorado River. WEF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better understanding of water issues and helping to resolve water problems in the southwest. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
