- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91B4L08Q0003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332312. See attachment one, Item and Accessories for CLINS 0001 thru 00022. All CLIN Part Numbers are GeoProbe Systems Part Numbers. The Ship To Destination for this order is Camp Lejeune, NC 28542, All items shall be packed and labeled for onward shipment to Kandahar Airfield Afghanistan DODAAC M94484. Offerors are required to provide their Contractors? DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF-RA) databases. Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award for this solicita tion or for any future awards. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. The Government will award a contract resulting from this publication to the responsible vendor, whose quote conforms to the publication and is considered the best value. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: price, delivery and past performance. The closing date for this solicitation is 05 APR, 2008 at 1600 hr (4:00 PM) Local Kandahar Time.
