- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-08-T-0128 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The NAICS code is 333999. The agency need is for: CLIN 0001: Westemp Insulation Panels 4? x 4? x 1? (QTY of 160 EA) (BRAND NAME ONLY) CLIN 0002: Westemp Hex Head Slef Drilling Screws (QTY of 1,500 EA) (BRAND NAME ONLY) CLIN 0003: Westemp 2? Diameter Plate Washers (QTY of 1,500 EA) (BRAND NAME ONLY) CLIN 0004: Westemp Weseal Sealant (QTY of 2 GL) (BRAND NAME ONLY) *Brand Name Justification and product specifications have been included as attachments. Tracy, CA 95376 The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offerer whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering technical acceptability, price, and delivery time.
