Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Shopbot Tools, Inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to purchase a Shopbot PRSalpha96 and accessories (CNC Router). The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the government.
