Description
NSNs: 5975-00-178-1217, 5975-00-178-1218, and 5975-00-178-1220, Conduits of various sizes. This item is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a military/federal specification ANSI UL797. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. IAW QCC BAA. Requested delivery varies for each NSN. This NSN is commercial and is set aside 100% for Small Business. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which varies for each NSN. There is a Guaranteed Minimum quantity for each NSN for the base period only. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery will be made to stock locations. Solicitation issue date is March 31, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
